Behavioral Assessment
Cost: $22 per dog
Duration: 2–3 hours
Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Required before booking any daycare services.

POLICIES &
SPECIAL SERVICES
Boarding Policies

Deposits: A deposit is required for all boarding reservations. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Early Pickups: Require 72 hours’ notice to avoid charges for the full reservation dates.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. Pickups after this time will incur an additional day’s charge.

Holiday Rates: A $2/day rate increase applies during peak times: Memorial Day weekend through September, Spring Break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Holidays: Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Late Pickup & Early Drop-Off

Playcare Late Pickup:

$5 for every 5 minutes past closing time.

After 30 minutes, your dog will be boarded overnight, and standard boarding fees will apply.

Boarding Early Drop-Off or Late Pickup:

By prior approval only.

A $35 fee will be charged for pickups or drop-offs outside normal business hours.

If more than 30 minutes late for pickup, your dog will be boarded overnight. This will incur both the boarding fee for the available suite and the $35 after-hours fee.
