Three Dog Ranch was born from our family’s deep passion for dogs. With nearly 30 years of experience in volunteering at animal shelters, participating in rescue programs, and supporting service dog programs, we’ve dedicated our lives to improving the lives of animals.
What started as a dream has grown into a welcoming ranch where every dog and their family feel at home. We treat every pup as our own, providing personalized care in a safe, loving environment. Whether it’s daycare, boarding, or training, our mission is to give pet parents peace of mind while focusing on every aspect of your dog’s well-being—physical, mental, and emotional.

Kennel Assistant
Whitefish, MT • Part-Time • Full-Time $15-$17/hr., DOE We are hiring a part-time (15-25) or Full time position (25-40) hours per week. We are searching for individuals who are great with dogs and want to join our team. Kennel assistants will care for boarding and daycare guests. A kennel assistant must have the ability to perform all kennel duties and requirements. Applicants must be available to work weekends and weekdays. Duties include: Cleaning kennels, feeding dogs, cleaning up play yards (poop patrol) and yes, playing with our doggie guests! Interested?
