All boarding reservations require a deposit. You must cancel 72 hours in advance to receive your deposit back in full. Early pickups require the same 72 hour notice or you will be charged for the reservation dates.
Boarding Check out time is 11:00am. Pickup after this time is charged another day.
Playcare late pickup: If your dog is not picked up by closing time, a late charge will be assessed at $5.00 for every 5 minutes. If you are more than 30 minutes late to pickup, your dog will be boarded overnight.
All early drop offs or late pick ups must have prior approval.
Boarding early drop-off or late pick up: If you schedule a drop off or pick up outside of normal business hours, a fee of $35.00 will be assessed. If you are more than 30 minutes late for pickup, your dog will be boarded overnight. Please know that if your pup is boarded overnight, a fee of the available suite as well as the $35, will be charged. All early drop offs or late pick ups must have prior approval.
Holidays: Holiday and seasonal rates apply from July through September, Spring Break, Thanksgiving and Christmas. $2.00 daily rate increase for all boarding, playcare and add-on playcare.

After Surgery Care
After surgery care is available in our Luxury Kennels. Pricing is according to your dogs special needs. (Please call for a price quote.)
Special Feeding and Medication Schedules
An additional charge of up to $5 per meal may be assessed for complex meals or special feeding schedules.
Charges for administration of medication varies based on complexity of dosage (insulin shots, prescriptions pills, supplements, topical, etc.).
Misc.
We reserve the right to assess a cleaning fee for chronic incontinence or
excessive spraying/marking.
